I bought the cheapest T-shirt at the family store and immediately turned it into a romantic blouse.

A simple T-shirt is ideal for alterations. You can make a smart blouse, T-shirt or skirt from it. If you add another fabric, you get a dress.
It’s good that in cheap stores you can buy a T-shirt for pennies and learn how to conduct sewing experiments with it.
One T-shirt is enough to sew a blouse. If you take a large size, then the blouse will be the same.
As a rule, sports T-shirts go long, this extra jersey, a small stripe will be the main detail that will change the sporty style to a romantic one.
Master Class:
1) First, I straightened the T-shirt and cut off the bottom part, from the point of the shoulder, to my 56 cm cut.
2) Connected the shoulder lines, neckline and made a round neckline.
3) I made a cut in the front, 7 cm long, folded the edges and stitched. You can also cover the cut with a strip of fabric.
4) Mark 9 cm on the cut strip and cut out a shuttlecock. I turned one edge up 0.7 cm and stitched it with a small zigzag, which made the edge wavy. The excess fabric was cut off with scissors. To make this easier to do, stretch the fabric and then cut it.
5) I turned up the edges, laid a stitch along the entire length of the shuttlecock and made gathers.
6) I sewed the ruffle to the T-shirt.
7) I will use lace for decoration. I assembled it into fours, but then decided to stitch it after finishing the neckline.
8) From the remnants of knitwear, I cut out a strip 3 cm wide, stitched it on the wrong side, adding length to the ties. I folded the strip and stitched it.
9) I stitched lace on top.
10) I cut off excess fabric from the sleeves to make something like wings. I also finished the edges with a zigzag.
11) Serged the bottom of the blouse.
Although the size remained the same, there was no trace of the T-shirt left.
Now this is an elegant blouse that can be worn not only with sportswear, but also with classic ones.
