When 2 items are the same from 2 different stores it's likely that both companies did 'drop shipping' from a bigger manufacturer. This allows multiple company's to sell the same product. The larger manufacturer basically ships them out for you, meaning that both sellers don't have to directly do the shipping, they just have to promote the item and get back to the manufacturer with your contact/shipping details. It's very interesting.

She accidently said amazon in the voiceover, while in the video shes putting it on the TikTok side. If you go back in the video, she says TikTok's rip off calender was $35 and Amazon's rip off calender was $40. So nothing was rigged or anything lol.

It seems that Amazon, having rights to the Harry Potter intellectual property, may have engaged a manufacturing partner in China to produce the wand at a cost of possibly only $5. You have to spend like 20-30 for free shipping. It can be between multiple shops but sometimes you get free shipping just because, but tiktok sets up shipping and costs for sellers and shops. Shops can’t control it or offer it cheaper so best way is to get mutilple items at once to get free shipping over a certain price point.

I had the conair quick gems growing up, which also had the springs, and those first attempts were pretty accurate to how the overall experience was putting them all over my hair 😂 I would usually get a couple looking close to perfect and then half of them immediately fell out

I think it really comes down to market. Everything is likely dropshipped from the same warehouses. The difference is the markup on amazon is set by individual marketplace creators. There are a lot of items from 'Amazon' that aren't actually from Amazon. They are people that use Amazon as a place to offer their goods, so they can purchase your $40 item for $6 and mark it up, whereas tiktok shop is selling them for $20 and still making a profit, while undermining the Amazon cost that people will see when doing a price comparison.
