I bought the Tudor Black Bay Harrods Exclusive - worth the wait!

Welcome back to another video. Today I am chatting about watches am my new purchase after a year on the waitlist. I choose the Tudor Black Bay Harrods Exclusive due to the green bezel and size. Initially I wanted the BB58 in 925 but after trying one on passed.
I never sell my watches - always HODL.

It looks amazing! I’ve really gotten into horology in the past few months, but never really found a watch that was “love at first sight.” This watch is as close as I’ve gotten. Being an international student studying in London, a Harrods edition BB58 seems perfect as a graduation gift to myself! That’s still 2.5 years away, so plenty of time for that waitlist 🤞

Tudor clasps are meant to be opened from the back not the front where it latches in, unlike rolex. Its much easier to open if you use the back.

Exactly - super easywhen I where a Tudor for a few days and go back to Rolex I always try it the Tudor way and it won't work 😁 I actually prefer the Tudor way instead of digging my fingernail in....

No History needed, just call Harrods fine watches and they will put you on list. It's one year.

@@patreardon8048 ended up being around 6 months wait, which seems quicker than usual. My brother ended up purchasing it. It's a fine watch, well made but is very thick. I say this and I have the P01 which is a real behemoth of a watch!

For the clasp - I own Rolex and Tudors and they have a veru different mechanism. While Rolex REQUIRE you to lift the tip of the clasp with a fingernail, Tudors can be opened very easy differently. Pull up the other end of the clasp - the bottom so to speak, either with a fingernail or with two fingers on the side. I open the security latch and the main clasp with two fingers at the side and it's so nice and easy....You are welcome. 🙂
