I love the fact that it's not LS swapped,plus remember neighbor has been the most reliable car in the fleet.The only reason people say shit about mustang's is cuz of idiots plowing into crowds and or taking out other cars,etc,and the reason that happens is cuz if you go to an event there is always a crazy amount of mustang's there and there is plenty of squids with mustang's that can't drive for shit.

the LS is a easy cheap platform but he needed to start expanding. You figure while he was stuck with the most top end LS motors in the 7s coyote guys were running 5s and 6s with factory blocks and yell stock sealed coyote mustang runs 7s and f150 runs 8s with No heads no cams no pistons no rods no opening the engine unless you want to go built motor which then you can make up to 2500hp. but 4 cams 32 valves ckeetus would rather do pushrod stuff. but needs to understand when h8m and the boys understand coyote platform they will be running it waaayyyy more even in GMs like most drag guys are doing now. LS is great but limited like everything else. cleetus is going past those limits with money and skill and not staying 1 track mind type deal

I wish Cleet kept this car and really spent the time to set it up for him. He couldve shredded it. But Cleet in a chevy or atleast chevy powered just feels right!

I’ve always been a GM guy by preference but I don’t hate on any other brands, because I don’t believe that one’s better than the other, they all have there places and I love all things that make power and perform well. But I knew this day was coming. It’s sad but I have to admit it seems like GM is not supporting it’s enthusiast fan base and consumers in the aftermarket world or putting out cool product support like Ford is. A lot of GM performance people converting to Ford motorsports because of this reason. You can be loyal but if your not experiencing other brands, your just missing out on all kinds of Fun Having!

You hit the nail on the head. GM has gotten complacent by just producing the next LS motor and letting everything else go. Yeah the motor has a cult following but GM hasn’t pushed anywhere near as hard as Ford when it comes to drivers and marketing.

If i were told i could take it for a rip i would have stalled it. Been too jittery to give it much of a go or wreck it in front of the owner/creator. Cleet drives all kinds of cars and drives them hard. For him to say it was scary. Mad respect to him. Honest dude and i am super stoked for him to have such a kick ass machine. Can't wait to see what happens next. :)
