those flasks keep the water cold/hot if you prep them so for a hot drink-preheat it, just run some boiling water in it and then pour the drink, the same for the cold water, personally i have a stanley like water bottle and it keeps my water cold only if i put a lot of ice in it, otherwise it gets to room temperature quite quickly 😅

I was going to get a mini fridge like that for food and snacks because at some point im havjng surgery, i just ended up grabbing a table top fridge, shes a little noisy but its been fantastic so far. Yes i plugged her in early but bedroom snacks is amazing 😂 Also if you want a great cup to keep your drinks cold grab a stanley cup dupe from b and m rhey are fricking huge but i love mine and it cost only £4.50

please be careful! while it’s true pure ascorbic acid needs to be refrigerated, many actives formulated in skincare have had stabilizing ingredients added specifically so that the formula can be stored at room temperature. if formulas like that separate or destabilize at lower temperatures, it can cause irritation or rashes. best to check on the packaging or manufacturer’s website if you’re not sure.

Just about the phone stand may be £50 but 1 hour a night is 7 hours a week which is 28 hours per month 336 hours a year that your hands get to relax so I’d say it’s worth it hope this made you feel better about your purchase oh and the flask maybe try ice on the cold water side might make tea cold but who knows let us know if it works or not 🤣🩷🩷🩷
