As a two-handed I can tell you, bending the knees and letting yourself walk past the ball during the swing allows for better accuracy and ball speed

I've been having problems with my left knee and was thinking of switching to left handed. I know you have and injury to your right elbow but what made you choose to bowl two handed left instead of one handed? and also If I do switch to left handed I will probably have to buy all new slide soles for my shoes is that correct?

I had the same thing happen to me. I had tendinitis in my right wrist and learned to bowl left-handed. I went from being a 190 average to a 135 average, and bowled in a low average league. I also earned my 100 pins over average game, and 150 over series lefty. With a 279 high game righty, it was unlikely to get them right handed. That league was so much fun thay I continued with it for many years, carrying 2 ABC sanctioned averages.

Do you think this ball is comparable to the Motiv Forge Ember? I use 14lbs and my Phaze 2 is just very underwhelming. I am looking for something stronger to get through fresh oil on league nights. In 14lbs the Ember seems to have slightly stronger rg/diff numbers but I don't know if that's enough to justify a purchase

I know what you are going through, I started bowling left handed, my left hand got jacked up and now I'm a right hander. I was much better left but that's how it goes.😢 Still love bowling league 😂

When I broke my bowling thumb, I bought cheap bowling shoes with slides on both feet so I could bowl left-handed and still slide a little. It wasn't great but it was better than nothing.

I know it's not a major thing since your healing, but if you get the toe protector for your slide shoe and put it on your plant foot, you will slide.

The pro am at milwaukie bowl home of dave husted i used a emerald IQ tour that i bought off a good friend of mine who is now sponsored by ebonite so he can't throw his spi balls i was hitting Brooklyn shots every shot . And more i moved right and further i got it left more it came back and the more i love it . Plus i was able to stand and throw up the first arrow and not have it over hook for the silly 6 pin that kept standing up.

You Said your not doing something Wrong on the left Side. Hold the ball with your fingers. Number 1 mistake your doing is using a ball that strong. You need to use something like The Tropical Breeze or a Hyroad. Take one of your Hyroads. Plug the thumb. throw it upside down so the pin is on the Left. Problem Solved! =D
