Still playing through Shadow of War, but I remember my Nemesis in Shadow of Mordor. Stakuga the Black Gate, first saw him patrolling the Black Gate of Mordor, after I finished the first mission. I assumed he was part of the raid that attacked the Black Gate, making the Title fitting for Talion's foe. Killed him on the first try. Then during a fight with a captain, he ambushed me, and killed me. This happened quite a few times, until the last mission where you leave the area and go to the 2nd zone. Knowing this I fought Stakuga one last time to finish him off so I leave nothing behind. After going through the quests at the 2nd zone, i went off to face The Tower of Sauron, and by some miracle I see Stakuga the Black gate, and an army of Uruk, standing between me and The Towers fortress. I thought executing him was a permanent kill, but instead it just gave him a bad-ass metal eye-patch. And so, I face Stakuga alongside my brainwashed Uruk, and finally, he met his end against a mob of Uruk and a Ranger, with a finishing blow of a Decapitation, killing him permanently.

Mine was a pale olog who broke my sword and killed me, I found him and after 3 times of trying to kill him, I chopped him up. He came back as a patchwork monstrosity that had killed me several times but he kept coming back, so I improvised and shamed to level 1 and killed that nuisance but that was difficult because he became a maniac.
