The ending of the first game, with the vraska combo was priceless !!! I guess that's one of the strenght of this deck. It can sometimes pull a victory out of seemingly nowehere. Anyways, it's nice to see an updated version of this deck and see what improvements you made to it, keep up the good work.

I played the almost exact same deck for a long time. Thing is, if you don't have at least 2 1-2CC removal in your starting hand against aggro, you usually lose. So I had to cut the elves and some of the high CC planeswalkers to have a decent winrate. The downside being not being able to cast an Overlord turn 2 (which doesn't happen often since everyone HAS to overload on instant removal) being less crippling than being dead turn 3. With less than 10 instant speed removal, you'll have a lot of troubles with your starting hands. BUT ... I understand that your version makes more spectacular games that are more enjoyable to watch.

As for the choice between Beanstalk and Annex, THAT is a really difficult choice to make. If someone has an argument about that, I would love to read it. My take would be, the more removal you have, the more you want Annex. You don't even need more demons, besides the colorless lands (swap with Fountainport). The less you have, the more your want Beans. So that's coherent with the presented build.
