-RECIPE-
Boil Pasta of your choice and strain. Then sit in a pot of cold water to cool
Chop Cucumber, Cherry Tomatoes, Spring Onion, Radish and Red & Yellow Bell Peppers into a bowl
Strain your Tuna and add to the bowl
Restrain The Pasta and add to the bowl
Create the dressing using a mixture 60% Olive Oil & 40% White Wine Vinegar with a heaping teaspoon of green pesto and a teaspoon and a half of dijon mustard. Add a clove or two of garlic, a good amount of salt & pepper and a tiny pinch of sugar then shake/whisk thoroughly
Add some dressing to the bowl and mix.
Keep adding dressing to your liking, then serve :)

When you put salt in water the boiling point rises so it takes longer to get hotter. If you boil said water in the kettle first then it’s already boiling before you add the salt and will not take ages
