It’s theorized Bella took the elixir of life and that is why she is so much younger, Mortimer invented the elixir I believe, she was then abducted shortly after presumably pausing her age but admittedly it’s kinda crazy how her and Cassandra are pretty much the same age 😂

The new version of Nina and the girls's apartment is so poorly designed. No bathroom downstairs, no space on the counter, the entire kitchen is TINY, big ol' empty space upstairs, the garage routing issue, and a bunch of useless objects crowding the place.
