Awsome job. im working on the same thing now. my pole struture has metal on the sides at top middle and bottom. i dont beleve i will have to use the hat metal. I trying to figure out some sort of roll up and down door system.

Did you just add more length to the top I’ve done one I want wider but I built mine shorter just to fit front or rear of a vehicle

scratches in the paint is where it will rust first. of course you can paint it.

we cant do anything here without a plan by an engineer, to say its been engineered to Australian building standards, we used to do it but because too many accidents they brought in the law, you cant even put up a second had shed. ofcourse you have to pay 500 for a permit too so its a real pain here.they fly drones over your backyards if something has been erected that is not on your shire property plans you get an order to take it down and the threat of a fine
