What I found on the interwebs: Tornadoes form when warm, humid air collides with cold, dry air. The denser cold air is pushed over the warm air, usually producing thunderstorms. The warm air rises through the colder air, causing an updraft. The updraft will begin to rotate if winds vary sharply in speed or direction. Therefore, maybe try a mix of warm and cold air. Fun fact: You immune system doesn't know your eyes exist, and if it finds out (by excessive damage to one or two eyes) it will destroy them. So please wear safety goggles! You might try the flexible ductwork, and point the leaf blowers into that to get the air rotating. you can then put openings in it to aim the air more precisely, and the size of the hole will determine the pressure.

I suggest you should angle the fans/leaf blowers in a circular direction so the wind can go in the same direction, maybe have some boards curve around so the glitter can slide as it gets blown around, also instead of dumping the glitter, start slow and gradually pour more starting at one fan so the glitter is flowing at one direction and works it’s way to the next? Maybe that will work? I dunno lol
