If you have bad discs in your back I highly recommend Enande in Germany for artificial disc replacement surgery rather than a fusion. I had two discs replaced and all I can say is the video testimonials on their youtube channel are on point! It’s maybe $30k but includes hotel for 10 days. Best money I ever spent.
