Yep, parks are broken. You should make the enter city into a district where everyone has walk, while allowing only service vehicles and trucks to drive. in the name of Jreg, you must maximize human suffering through the literally the worst system possible: aka hell. More people that walk, the more money you make haha.

With Tmpe you can make the Speedlimit of the toll Stations Higher and with aerea restriktions you can make automated tolls. Thus gives you No slowdown at any toll station

If you really want the toll booths to work. Put 1 toll booth after the other at the start of your city exit. I did this with 15 toll booths all at max price. I was watching the money coming. Especially if you use the industries

You should make it a one long park amd replace the main gates with side gates. Bc if you level up a park to max level the ticket price goes up to 40€. Just spam trampoline parks and level it up Edit: i made an exact copy of your city but made on big park and managed to get over 140 000€/week
