Your custom setup . That would be sweet to do to my 2001 Camaro SS . Has a full exhaust BBK long tube headers into y pipe to 2.5 out to a flowmaster super 40 with a single out to a tip on the driver side . Would like to have the quad tips think it would sound better. Regarding your dash, tint the front windshield with Expel XR Blue80. It's 78% light transmission and you don't even notice it's on there to look at it or through it, but you can tell the difference. It has 99% UV rejection and 73% IR rejection, so it helps with the heat to with no visibility issues or drawing attention from the cops. Car sounds great.

Hey there young man... One more trick for your fitting fixin' toolbox - Free Tip!! Works when the AN , or even JIC, flared sealing surface{s} ain't right and don't fully seal. In two words, I have this to say about that: Flare Savers In concept, it is basically a gasket made for Flared fittings!!! They can really save a bunch-O-work. Glad you fixed it (maybe?), but sometimes ONLY a Flare Saver will save yourself from... well possibly cutting off and rewelding a bung. Just sayin! Flare Savers are currently sold by a company called SECO SEALS (and maybe others?). Previously they were called Voi-Shan gaskets (IIRC, the Voi-Shan company had a bit of trouble with Federal Gubmint procurements and I think some folks there went to jail :O). Anyhow, check out SECO SEALS: The Flare Savers come in all AN sizes and as common sense would indicate; always try to get one in a softer material than the material the bad fitting(s) are made from. I hope this gives you and maybe your followers another option before the last option. Happy Trails Amigo!

You need to set up a purge system to do SS, it will help keep your welds cooler and get those nice colored welds.

I know you are expecting Internet criticisms... Your stainless welds are a little too hot. In the future, try 1 amp of heat for every thousands of thickness.
