I had a reddragon k631 castor as a side project and I managed to get it to sound pretty amazing with just lubing the factory switches, stabs and pe foam+tape mod. So yeh in conclussion, A decently sounding mechanical keyboard does not have to break the bank for all of you that don't have unlimited money to spend on a keeb.

I picked this thing up on Kprepublic for alot less then the Amazon list price bc I wanted to try out a 65% and the first thought I had after I put it together is... it 100% needs foam also if anyone is going to get this I suggest you get box switches bc for the arrow key area if you have any stem wobble at all your arrow keys are going to get stuck, it could be the keycap set I'm using tbh.
