Just a thought...Would it be better to switch the farmers market and skate park locations? It would make the farmers market more easily accessible as they are usually along city streets and it would also make more sense that people wouldn't have to walk through a skate park to get to the farmers market unless you plan on adding a path along the back side of the farm.

Cool skatepark build. A couple suggestions: would look cool to mix in other color masonary bricks to the short wall to give a weathered look (med. nougat or Sand green) either show rust/dirt or moss covered stones. Then if you wanted to not use stickers for the graffiti, reference RobinHood Bricks builds of his mall shops where he made a pixelated graffiti art on a wall and a min fig with a cone and tap in hand to be the spray can.

Love your content and especially love that you allocated space for a skatepark as well as a surf/skate shop. As a lifetime Lego enthusiast and lifetime skateboarder, my only comment is that although the skate features are pretty good, the size/scale of the overall park may not be sufficient for example more run-up would be needed for a minifig to ollie the stair set. I am really glad that you used the half wall rather than fencing around the skatepark (too many skate prisons out there). Great work all around on this build and your overall content. Keep up the positive work.

Love the skatepark! One bit of advice, the always put the entrances exactly where they shouldn’t be. Put an entrance where you pointed out and place a mini figure walking straight though it, it would mimic real life perfectly!

It looks super cute! Very nice fig placements as well. Could maybe do with a floodlight or something for night time skaters? I also keep imagining a small boat ramp in the empty space next to it. Looking forward to seeing the beach populated :D

Great skate park, if you wanted to add something other then grey you could build the half pipe out of light nougat since you have to order inverted slopes to repair the train track anyways.

Skate Park looks great. I love skate parks in Lego since skateboard toys were what I was into before I was doing Lego full time when I was younger. I hope at some point to expand my cities skate park, which is currently made from 2 2018 skater house sets, one set in the main build and the 2nd set in the C model and the 2 are connected together and are in my park.

I think you could tie the fishing store / light house together with a small boat dock or something in there. Using the parts from the bridge. And then having a mini fig on the water for the river in a small boat fishing.

Love love love this build! Adds so much life to the city. My only thought would be making the base or the ground of the skate park the asphalt color of the roads to the dark gray. This way it’s more in along the lines of an old parking lot that was converted to a skate park and would also allow the skate elements to pop a little better because they do get lost just a little bit in the light gray color, but overall love this build 10 out of 10.

There was a GWP polybag (maybe from last year) called Kid’s Playground 30588, and it came with a half pipe and skateboarder. Maybe you have one in your backlog and could incorporate some parts into your moc.

You should build a half wall or a 1/3 wall on one of the sides of the skate park so there is a place to put the graffiti stickers. Maybe the wall against the street or on the backside of the surf/skate shop?

I do a lot of skate boarding myself and I've been to a lot of skate parks and one thing I would suggest is taking some of the Frey bricks and switching them out for more colorful bricks that look like graffiti

Cool skate park. One thing though...not sure if someone else said this...but on the halfpipe shouldn't the ends being 90 degree edges instead of the half circle pieces that you have. It isn't easy to grind on the edge of a halfpipe with a half circle edge. Just a suggestion.
