i often have them in a "don't ask don't tell" dynamic ie toxic non monogamy because i don't really like the idea that it's inherently sad to have separate rooms etc, its just that way cuz they're bad communicators or got married too young etc. earlier on it used to be super easy to repair their relationship and i would easily be able to have a dynamic where Bob was very domestic cooking gorgeous food for Eliza etc and shed host heaps of parties and just be very tidy and it worked. but i really like seeing simmers create separation storylines where Eliza isn't a clean cut villain, but an equal contributor to Bob in their failed union.

I haven't seen the gameplay. but I cannot imagine Eliza going from Bob to Don. that is not even a lateral move. she can do bad all by herself.
