There are several factors that have caused this area as well as other areas near here to slow down and houses to sit. But the largest contributing factor I’ve recognized is that interest rates have risen to a point that this home is outside of the budget for most in the area.

Hey Grant love your channel! Your opinion is always valued by me so what's your advice for entering the market. I'm an experienced flipper and left the market in 2015. I can finance around 500k project but I really want the first deal to be a winner. I feel like I'm in analysis paralysis and need a little direction. I really considering building multifamily as my first move. Any advice?
