I grew up playing the 1998 edition of Clue, and the conservatory had a diagonal green and white checker tile floor, which I've been including in nearly all of my Sims builds for years because I'm so obsessed with it 😂 Loved this video!

Conservatory can mean greenhouse and sunroom, but is also an older name for a music school. So it could also be used for a music room, but I don't think that is really the meaning of it. I guess Cluedo sued it for a sorta sunroom, which were often a mix of formal and casual setting, with lots of plants, but also a music instrument or two.

What a cool idea! I loved the boardgame and movie as a kid. Irrc correctly, the movie used exterior shots of a mansion in California, and there have been talks of a film remake for the last few years. It could be fun to revisit this brand and try building the movie mansion around Halloween or whenever more news about the movie comes out :D While it has fewer details, there's a similar-ish boardgame called 1313 Dead End Drive. It's got exterior shots of the house on the box and some interior details on pop-up and booby trap pieces. It might be fun to give that mansion a try and see what mayhem you can put your sims through!
