It’s a challenge that combines best and worst, but really fun because you first build with no restrictions at all. Just make sure you don’t check for bad colors while you build.

I've made medium sized, two-story houses that are 350,000 simoleons without even trying, and that number's from when I only had the cats and dogs pack! I'm talking about the boathouse in brindleton bay after I renovated it here- it was a lot nicer, but it felt cheaty to play in the house and I didn't really like it that much. Edit: I'll put it up on the gallery the next time I play if I still have the house saved, if you give a shit about it just search up FancySwimmer and look for it on my profile, if that's how it works- I'm a console player, so I'm new to the whole gallery thing, but I'll call it 'Brindleton Boathouse Renovation' or something if you can't find it through my profile.

I remember the first house I built in the sims. It had 4 walls and it was basically a really big room. But it had no floor. In the far left corner it had a couch, a tv and a lamp (which was the only light in the whole house). In the far right corner there was a single toilet. That was it. I had no idea what I was doing lol. ❤ Edit: there was also no wallpaper on the inside or on the outside.

This reminds me of a house that was near my high school. It was on a small lot amidst a bunch of old split-levels, on a main road near a high school. Some previous owners built it up and out and now it’s European-looking in style, and has seven bedrooms. The lot also boasts a swimming pool and a three bedroom guest house. It goes on sale every few years because the people who can afford it generally don’t want to live in that area. 🤦‍♀️

you should do a number generator build, where you count out all the items in the build and use a number generator and it picks out which furniture you use. for example; there are 43 couches and the number generator picks the 10th one in the row. so you have to use that one. xox
