In this video, I built a team of AI sales agents in n8n that leverages human-in-the-loop functionality for personalized email outreach. The process is simple:
1️⃣ The Sales Agent generates a personalized email.
2️⃣ A human reviews and provides feedback.
3️⃣ The Revision Agent makes adjustments based on the feedback.
4️⃣ This loop continues until the email is approved and ready to send.
This system ensures that AI-generated emails meet your standards before being sent-giving you both automation and control. The best part? I built this without writing any code in n8n!

Very nice! You could use the same approach for drafting emails. First agent would evaluate if mail needs answer. The next agent could look up info of the sender of the email (in inbox/sent items, contact database etc), ground the answer and come with a suggestion to reply. Once the user is happy with the reply, it is sent. This use case is of huge value to actually anybody who is mailing on regular basis. Next step then would be to add agent analysis in the flow. That one then would "learn"/think (! see Letta) for example "you mail a lot with Alice in a friendly way, Alice likes chocolates" etc and write that to vector db, which would enrich future conversations, requiring (at the end) almost no user intervention anymore!

An interesting way to enhance this or a personal assistant AI would be to continuously search for actionable process feedback and store it in a memory system that can be recalled during subsequent runs. This way, the feedback on being concise or assistant preferences that arise in chat or form responses can be automatically saved without the need to manually update the system prompt.

I really appreciate if you make AI Agent for processing safety equipment inspection (fire extinguisher for example etc) from various location for your next vids, Nate. Process the report data, store in the database, make a pdf and send an email.

@@nateherk This is very useful, but I don't see how it achieves the learning that I'm looking for. I want my agent to learn how to give better responses based on my feedback. That is - that it will use my feedback to update both its database (for knowledge related feedback) and its prompt/fine-tuning, for style related matters. Is there a way to do that?

Nate, your workflows are so awesome. I've searched and watched at least 90 percent of your videos because im trying to build an assistant that updates my core compliance policies documents that are stored in a filder on my google drive. In the workflow i used a rss feed for the trigger to listen for any changes to specific legislations and then i attached an ai agent node to capture the specified legislation and attached anthropic for the llm to process the info receive and structure output parser memory buffer and in the tools google drive node and google documents and an email node to the output of the ai agent. But its not working. I was hoping you might give me some pointers or make a video on it?

What happens if, during the processing of an order from the first client, a letter from the second (new) client comes? Processing the first letter may require several iterations, and the process will be busy. Does this mean that the second letter from the second client will remain unprocessed?

The second client would likely start a new (2nd) run of the same workflow with data being independent

Yeah that's what I’ve been trying to understand. Right now I'm currently helping organisations integrate agents but the more I see what agents can do, it feels like the window of opportunity is shrinking. I’d rather focus on something that sustainable no matter what evolutions happen with AI.

@@nahompodcast with AI agents, Saas will collapse as we will no longer need UI to interact as you can just talk directly to the agent. There’s definitely opportunity right now as I’m making money doing it but I don’t see how an AI agency model is sustainable given there will be a day agents can self-improve, no longer needing agencies to build it for them.
