Idea 1:add one of those water gun games with a timer so when timer runs out and the player did not reach the point threshold you die, if they did reach the threshold they live. And if it’s possible you can make a high score system so if you beat the high score you get 3 hearts! Idea 2:a shop to buy advantages for hearts or other valuables. It could sell things like leather and iron armor and maybe some other items(for example a totem for 3 hearts to use in the carnival) Idea 3:some sort of mini game that gives you prizes(you get to decide and design the mini game). You maybe have more than one different mini games in a line, like one of those lucky duck games or, (this is off theme but I thought I’d mention it as a last resort idea) some sort of claw machine. You can even do a competition type game where the players battle to knock each other into a lava pit.
