That huge underground lake could be set up to have flame throwers turning it to steam, then piped to the surface to create rain over your sand pool. I think I haven't played this game... yet.

It seems huge until you do that and then all your vast quantities of dry sand absorb it all. Took me about 10 minutes to use it all up.

9:30 you actually did the opposite of what you want to do here; what you should be doing is throwing sand at the walls of the water-pit, putting in some throwers to remove it from the center, and extracting it from the corners.

Sand is gravel that's been refined twice in the great Potatoistic city of Londonovsgrad.

I love this concept and I'm only 10 mins in to the demo but already I am all in to get this early access when I can. Thx to the developer. Fun and really zen for me. I was excited at first seeing it listed as supporting Mac (perhaps at some point) so I could take it on the road on my laptop but Windows works for me at home too.

Just played this demo and it's fun but there's a real limit on the amount of sand you can get until you get the rocket launcher as the map is very narrow.

43:00 it almost looks like you get more water than what you steamed, could be a water duplicator via rain

The water from the left was flowing into the holder, then the water that was steam fell back onto the refilled container hence why it was overflowing.

not going to lie. this is an awesome game. i definitely love the little physics to the sand. i have completed my first run, and you can't buy all the upgrades with the purple stuff. going to leave the drones this time. i hope the full version comes out soon. there is an area on the left most side of the map that you can't access, so I am hoping the full game is bigger. i can see this being quite successful snd hope it branches into a series. well done dev. thanks for the video Potato

There's an item called a Flux Emanator that you can research to (supposedly) make more upgrade purple stuff, but I have no idea how it's supposed to work. It sounds like it uses a resource that doesn't exist in the demo.

The correct way to build the dirt filters for gold is flat. (Google Translate) Because then you can contain much larger quantities without having to have the work surface slide. And to lift the dirt out of the water you can simply make it not collect at the bottom and then it will slide into the elevator on its own. And an interesting fact, if you reach the top of the world, you can see a replica of the bottom!

When directing steam with diagonal blocks, you need to double-side them, so its a true diagonal line instead of a blocky staircase.
