I Built a Pump Track!

Alabama finally has a pump track!

Rode it this past Friday. Loved it! Don't be to afraid to call what was there, what it really was... total confusing shit! Lol. Never could put together any lap on the old one. I will say... before we push for asphalt... we do need some minor tuning. As well as figuring out those stupid drains. But dude, you have made something worth riding!! Makes me want to go buy a bike more suited for a pump track!! Thank you!! May have to get a Haro! Lol!

Well, I am trying to build a pump track to our local BoyScout camp, so the scouts can use it, since the camp's goal now is to have the scouts do more cycling and less mobile video games! But yeah trying. Its on a some what "L" shape dirt/grass somewhat track. You gave me some good ideas.

You say all the locals.. So is this public land? How did you go through the process of getting the go ahead to restore the track? Looks awesome. I hope to get this done in my property and i know of a park that LOOKS like its supposed to be a pump track. But its probably been 25 years...
