I have my house as a haunted house and my sim is a spellcaster so she can handle it easily. I finished the reaper career and now she's settling down to be a mortician. It's fun to combine packs in a storyline.

i used the haunted house and new lot trait combined while my ghost vampire grandma, her spellcaster son and his human husband, their three spellcaster teens and two human kids all live there, and i got a pop up saying that my sims were living in the house unfortunately.

You know what I think you could do, is have the stairs either go the other way or put them in the corner in a U or L configuration, that way you can put a door on the second balcony. And why didn't you put stairs on the back porch? You could have also used cheaper stairs, but I don't think it would look as good.
