Just a thought, but where you put the one-way streets (around the 4:00 area), you should flip thier locations... Otherwise, you're forcing exiting traffic intending to go to the underground highway to have to _go_ *back* _through_ the entrance area, creating a traffic jam. Having the exit one-way road closest to the stadium makes it a lot less congested of a route overall, especially for those that don't intend to go to the stadium.
