As a previously really skinny dude who is now in my mid 30s who weighed 130lbs for most of my 20s & early 30s, who hated being skinny & taking his T-shirt off , keep going to the gym it pays off, just make sure to eat well gains are made in the kitchen, I gained 30lbs in less than a year. Early gains are easy & for skinny guys it makes the world of difference.

So i have a question for ya. What do you eat that helps just gain mass in general? I have a slight eating disorder that prevents me from swallowing effectively. So im just kinda asking random people what helps them cause i gotta constantly try new things and constantly be eating. Im 6"2 and 134 pounds if that helps anything. Thanks!

@@Clearly_Not_HimYou can get mass gainer powder. It will give you the most calories for very little consumption work. Just don’t drink too much of it at once. It can hurt your kidneys to consume that much protein at once. There are powder shakes in which one serving is 1200 calories. Mix a fraction of those drinks with each meal and you’ll easily double your calories per day. It was the only way I could reach 3500 calories a day.

I just wanna say you’re mature af for your age. I always appreciate the real talk portions of your videos. Sometimes it’s hard to see the worth or value in ourselves. A friend of mine once told me “How do you view yourself?” And I gave my answer and then she said “Would you as a child feel safe with the person you are as an adult?” And my answer was yes. It didn’t align with how I viewed myself. But when I asked myself that I could see myself from a different perspective. Long story short, introspection is important and you’re good at self reflection. So don’t lose that 🖤
