I think I know where that problem comes from. He's played his whole career games where every suspension is practically the same apart from size, such as Scrap Mechanic and Trailmakers. He's completely oblivious for the idea that it's even possible for a building game have a purpose built suspensions for different situations that actually behave differently from each other.

Spinning a weight will have a gyroscopic effect.. Can be used to rotate the creation in this game.

Well you don't even need to do that... you can use the gear shift shafts to glitch. Basically the exact same effect as suspension glitch, but much stronger. You will spin very rapidly. Insane stunt scores.

Camber should've been in the other direction. The camber you had is good for turning (where primarily only one side is compressing), but not g-force when going up ramps (when all are compressing).

I wouldn’t say he needs positive camber just neutral as he was already having problems with stability, the other problem was him choosing the wrong suspension

@@scoobsshrooms109 Agreed, normal camber would've been best all around... but if he did positive camber he'd get more grip on the ramps and get more height out of them. It'd just need tuned to the speed you want to hit the ramp at, or it might be worse than no-camber. This is a big reason people do positive camber when offroading or climbing. Also heavy duty vehicles.

Okay more stuff from me a car racing and e racing driver, 1 you severely lack suspension, using street suspension obviously won't work, 2 not using your vertical space this problem isn't new to your builds you always put the engine and drive train in the same axis, this is not necessary gears also work in vertical axis too, try building you suspension and wheels below your engine to reduce the drive train and engine scraping this also keeps the connectors/ pegs safe, 3 I would recommend trying to utilise thicker wheels with larger surface area or tread to help cushion the blow and finally add some bracing to the super structure to keep the parts from snapping off, this will help with damage to the vehicle breaking off parts an example is using long pegs from one side to the other that is one singular peg and then also putting down force instead of physical weight on the back, this will prevent bottoming out

Day 17 of asking for a battle where you each make a vehicle of your choice unknown to the other players. This might lead to a tank, a submarine, and a helicopter in a battle, so you would have to prepare a way to combat any threat (amphibious, etc.). In case of an OP build, you can let the losers have some more power cores and blocks to try and even the playing field.

I've never tried any kind of motorised stunt vehicle, but using my knowledge from BMXing and Skateboarding, no suspension keeps your speed and doesn't kick you from the pipe, using a bike with suspension messes up the flow so maybe a small vehicle with no suspension would be better for the pipe stunts.

In both of those sports the human body acts as a suspension, if your stiff as a board doing stunts you will break everything and be terrible. He actually needs more suspension. Dirt bikes do similar things but still need suspension due to their weight and speed

They aren't making money on it any other way if that is any consideration, but that dlc is still not worth it for how underdeveloped the stunt system is. Like did you see the amount of times it'd give scrapman 0 points for doing tricks, the system is way to rigid for any kind of stunt system, and makes it feel unfair doing tricks.

@Pestkowisko didn't know they had a patreon, the other supporter pack thing I don't care about much either since you can only buy it once if you want to support the devs. I just don't like that the dlc feels very undeveloped, like if you are gonna make a dlc before the main game is complete/released the dlc should be a complete experience or just cosmetic stuff.
