oh my gosh DELI!!! your creativity never ceases to amaze me, even when youre doing a run down build like this, its still so clear that you have a great eye for space and design!! I was already super excited for more tiny town, but i love that youre doing all these preparation videos so we can follow along from the very start and get even more excited for the gameplay. When the ceiling glitches out, sometimes it helps to go to the "individual tile" mode rather than the full room mode and just click and drag the ceiling paint :)

Suggestion! 💡Maybe put bad lot traits and lot challenges and to remove them there is some money goal the townies have to meet. San Sequoia is so underrated. It is the perfect residential town it’s one of my favorites in the game. Personally, I find it easier to build apartments at first like a normal residential lot and then turn it into an apartment. I feel like it’s less glitches that way. Thank you so much for sharing this building. It would be a fun project for us to just do up. I can’t wait for tiny town! 🎉

Picture this! **A TRAILER** Ziggy & Beatriz living their happily married life. Beatriz tells Ziggy she’s pregnant. They’re so excited. We see their pregnancy journey for a few moments. Next thing she’s giving birth. ITS A GIRL!! We then see them living the few newborn days. Her 1st birthday with all of tiny town present. We watch her grow through a Timelapse of birthdays (blowing out the candles) we watch her graduate high school and move out….. BAMB we are now playing her life 😱😱😱 I know this is a lot to ask but tell me that wouldn’t be absolutely BEAUTIFUL 😍😍😍

I love this idea and the whole apartment building. I was thinking it did look like an older school or even an old hospital by the shape. You did an amazing job!!! I think personally I would take the back area and turn it into a small park and garden area, I think that would look really nice. But having a section for a pool might be nice too. Oh the possibilities...

I think it’d be great to expand the utility closet into a boiler room. I’m assuming they’re expensive but the maintenance would be more realistic of an apartment complex that size! as well as more accurate the amount of water needed for 6+ showers/baths etc. Looking forward to tiny town 2!! They will have additional challenges for gameplay like completing career and aspirations :) so it’s not just money focused
