you must build it in Nether Wastes biome to be more effective, and when you have frost walker you can walk on magma and don't taking damage. btw great video :]

when you put the pigmen standing on glass in the corners, it ensures that there is always a pigman mad at you, because if all of the pigmen die, you will have to wait for more to spawn, whereas if you have 1 always angry, it will keep spawning more

Fun fact: The rotten flesh from the gold farm can be traded with a cleric villager and every 32 flesh is equivalent to 1 emerald. Its not much but can be useful this early in the game.

The farm would be most efficient in a nether waste biome over a lava pool so mobs wouldn’t spawn underneath the bedrock instead of in your farm

no, you're high enough that the despawn sphere is already the the bedrock so no mobs will spawn excdpt in the farm

Quick tip, instead of using entity cramming, use a trident killer and hold a looting 3 sword while afk. This will make all mobs that get killed drop loot as if you killed them with the looting 3 sword and give you way more gold.

The reason you didn’t get max drops is because one hopper line can’t keep up, you need 4 separate auto sorters

no.... he just didnt build the farm in the nether wastes biome. I'm pretty sure he built it in the Crimson Forest, and pigman don't spawn that much in that biome. and that's also why he didn't get that many ghasts spawning, because ghasts rarely spawn in the Crimson forest
