When I was 10 maybe, I was asked by my mother why am I "playing" with my toys still. I don't know what I was even doing probably sorting things and doodling with LEGOs, I didn't had much at the time so not sure what "playing" even was cosidered at all anyway ... But I answered well I never had a peaceful childhood and I rather still enjoy the toys while I still have them considering you like to either destroy what I have or give it away without my consent every time I am not at home ... and so what if I play now, when should I do it?! when I am 40?! Maybe dead?! She shut up about it and left the room. The thing is I never really cared for generic toys in general, I am more a craftperson, I like models and anything creative and building based, so now and then I still like to dab into building with LEGO or just make a model or two, restore some older model etc. Maybe it's just normal to do these things or maybe it's because I had a rough childhood and was and will never satisfy my thirst for "creative play" because of it. I honestly don't know. I did all sorts of things even made doll and barbie dresses for other people and I am a man, action figs etc my mother again looked at me funny why does a boy / man makes female dresses ... but honestly I don't see it weird at all, it's just another job and hobby. Especially when both my grandmothers use to work with fabric crafts jobs etc even at home so did my mother, I been always around it and it's another fun creative job or hobby. I mean it even brought me some money so why not. Right? Whatever job there was I tried it and some continued to work because I find it creative and therefore fun. But I am sure in a closed mindset and at some institutions people like me will always be labeled crazy and off meanwhile reality is there are far worse people out there walking free ... just sayin' So yeah f--k what people think, do what you enjoy long as it contains common sense, logic and creativity. Don't do harm and keep mainly to yourself if you fall into the "other crowd".

LEGO releasing these Animal crossing sets may remind other people of Fabuland, an old LEGO series that was soemwhat similiar to this, they had houses and such too and had animal faces, those were the predecessor of LEGO Duplo, i own a set from fabuland so its funny to see how they release animal crossing now and although they are two different lines they do share something big in common!
