I really Wish they would've added the Tomato Temple Relics into the lego battle pass. They're inside the ruins on the Lost Isles but it would've been awesome if you could use for decorations on other builds. Other than that, I love this Update! Edit* Example: The Tomato Sun Disk and what I believe is a Coffin.

Salty Seaport doesn't offer in variety or personality? Is that because it isn't hot pink or neon green? I think it's a great representation of a medieval/renaissnace vibe that goes with pirate architecture (that isn't already in the game). There's a great contrast of a rock foundation with wooden stories above it. I also enjoy the jettying and timber framing of these buildings. Very great attention to detail in my opinion. Could they have chosen better colors? Sure, but this offers variety from the other colors in the game...

On the main island you get different builds in different biomes, yes. When you have a village in the snowy area for example then you get the castle set
