Nice! Nothing worse than wasted space! But, I always think about "the next guy" too since I know I won't be keeping it forever! I see so MANY people making unfixable changes to their RVs.

George, I love the cameras your showing in this vid. Especially the Brownie Hawkeye which happened to be my first camera when I was a kid. Actually, my "real first" was one of those old box cameras....but it was a "hand me down/loaner from big brother". I got the BH for my birthday...probably 10th and I loved it. Your vids are bringing back so many wonderful memories. I don't have a van...probably never will but I do have a small Airstream. Like you , I bought it new but, I find the need to constantly "upgrade" little things here and there as I pull it out of winter storage. This year the "storage" was a "snowbank....3 feet deep"! So much for winters in western Montana!

The music in those opening shots .......and those slow sensuous passes over the frame and knobs....I’m thinking “WOW that is one sexy cabinet” 🤭

We have an Ascent with the Microwave and might do a similar project, i.e. Appliance Garage. The only thing I would do different is to locate the outlet in the ceiling of the cabinet, great job!

George, my "paison",... I've been binge watching and can't get enough!! Thank you so kindly for the time, imagination, knowledge, great spirit, skill, humor, but most importantly, for the sharing of your own heartfelt adventure! Your spirit is contagious and inspiring! You're spreading amazing karma and helping many of us to continue on with our own dreams!! I will soon be purchasing my first Class B and can't wait to make it our own! Cheers!! -Perry Castellano

Very excited for you Perry! Class B travel is so efficient and easy! Many things to look for when shopping, both new and used. I would be happy to discuss any rig you are considering. I also have a series on what to look for in a Class B van and it includes a pretty comprehensive worksheet that I created for down load. Here is a link to the series: kzbin.info/aero/PLOMLY9dV23JOrZ4fzbpyA1LLjJghFOOBu

Humble Road - I know the level of effort is high, just your presentation makes it seem like anyone can do it. I hope you didn't take my comment the wrong way.
@HumbleRoad7 жыл бұрын
Oh no! Not at all! You nailed it! My intention is to always do a project that anyone could tackle. And to do it simply and without too much damage to the van. You taught me something here. While my reply to you was heartfelt and appreciated, it might not have come that way to you. THIS may be why emojis were developed! :-) Stay tuned, my friend!

OK, Bob, let me ask you a question; would you be willing to have me do your microwave retrofit as well as be on an episode of Humble Road? In other words, you buy the materials, I'll do the work and we will film the whole thing for the youtube channel. What do you think about that?
