I was starting my satisfactory recordings with just doing vertical factories. This way each node would be dedicated and allow for vertical expansion as you get next tier miners. This is especially true for the base materials like plates, screws, rods, etc. The motto is: ever find yourself in a pickle trying to expand your space? With our new innovative vertical factories you can have limitless factory space out in space.

I know I'm late to the party on this one, but that build distance is why you can build the watch tower. Nice good bird's eye view of your factory floor to build with.

There is so much dead space in this design. With a 3x4 you can easily fit 3 constructors side by side, per level. You can also get away with 9-meter high rooms for constructors. That way you can fit the full 16 constructors inside a 3x4x14 size building (32m wide, 24m deep, 56m tall). Build the walls from the bottom floor and up the sides, not to the foundations of each floor and it'll look neat. But I suggest using 10m high rooms instead, it's much neater, and will give you an easier time with walkways. Because of the dead space at the top of the last floor with the 9m wall version, the 10m wall version ends up being a single wall taller, at 15 walls or 60m tall. Building it uses two-floor patterns: • 5 of 6 floors: Splitter > three-constructors > merger. • 1 of 6 floors: Building input. Distribute via lifts + one Constructor. Building output. The distribution floor looks like this: (# = spliter. 0-9 = Belt Lifts. C = constructor. > - = Belts) C 1 >#-#- -#- 1 2 3 456 Belt lift 1 is wrapped over the top of the splitters and feeds into the third splitter. The splitters and mergers are mirrored. It's not perfectly belt-balanced but it's not a full overflow. The final benefit of using a distribution floor is that it does not need to be the first floor in the building. It can go in the middle or even at the top. it's up to you. I love compact, factories!

Is there an audience to see Z1 and Z1 spouse play Satisfactory? I'd personally like to see any married couple who are not at each other's throats. Help me dream men can still be married and not hope they die that day. Upside, most married men are over their fear of death. I'm totally serious, if I can see ppl together happy, idc what game you'd be playing.

Well there is a alternate recipe that uses water and limestone to make "wet concrete" at 120/min so wasted your time.
