The tree looks absolutely incredible! I think it would be amazing to add some sort of small temple or sanctum somewhere near the base of the tree. People who worship the tree could gather there and make sure that the tree stays healthy, since it hangs halfway over the city as well now in order to prevent the tree from dying and falling down. I think it would tie in well with the lore already in this world too!

it would be so cool if you added a few spore blossoms hidden in the tree canopy! I think the floating spore particles would really add to the atmosphere :) you could also add some exposed tree roots in the surrounding area to make the tree feel more grounded and supported!

It's always a joy to see clips from a livestream that I participated in, especially the azalea leaves one. Such fun discussions we all had! One question I have is, what if the world tree had seeds that fall from the canopy and float around the world? What if those seeds sprouted into smaller variants of the world tree? Nowhere near as big or as elaborate, but similar, like a "baby" version.

for names i would suggest either Captain Flint or John Silver, specifically from Disney's movie Treasure Planet :) it's the first thing that comes to mind when i think of steampunk airships, and it fits with the villager being a world explorer!

Since the main focus of this video is the mega tree, I think it's fitting to name the star trader villager "Treestan" or "Treecia". As a former art major, using new tools to make your work easier doesn’t lessen your build. Digital artists make custom brushes to speed up their work all the time for simple things like chains or rows of books and background buildings. There’s nothing wrong with it, it just speeds up what you’re already doing and can still do without these tools. Work smarter, not harder. Love your builds, just keep having fun with what you’re doing.

I thought of an interesting name for a villigare, and that would be "Doctor Stellar". I think it would fit and make him a backstory of an underrated scientist that had a dream of constructing such vechicle and being closer to stars. Nobody thought he could achieve that but now he is flying above the city of the people that mocked him, just looking down on them.

One comment here suggested that a shrine at the base of the tree would be a nice addition. If I could add on to that, perhaps the shrine could be at the back of the tree, in the middle of the city crescent, like the centre point of it all. A platform connected to the tree could also be interesting.

there should be an ancient university at the base of the tree that studies its magic as well as trying to keep it alive, via the repairing with magic. Maybe the founders were some sort of mushroom people, and have an abandoned city deep beneath the roots, that harbours an ancient evil that the tree protects the world from

I think that the reason the original canopy looked small even though it was basically the correct proportion was that it was so far away. Things that are farther look much smaller, so the scale of the tree tricks your eyes into thinking the proportion is less than it actually is.

I really don't understand why anyone would consider litematica to be "not legit". What you did with the leaves is just the better way to build something like that lol, anyone who says "oh you cheated" is being absurd imo.
