That glass technique is really cool! Just have to be carefull not to have the interior too empty so the building becomes see-through. Definitely gonna try this technique myself as well! Keep up the good work!💪🏻

Okay, I'm gonna guess this is 1/3 scale. There's no way it's 1/1, no way possible based on the size of 111W57th which has an interior that spans pretty wide at the penthouse. I think it's absolutely B.s that Nordstrom tower isn't the tallest building when it rises 15 stories above the word trade center.
