That is what racing is about. It is playing the rule book is have an advantage and be competitive. Loopholes anyone can do so long as they are smart enough When multiple teams find ways to interpret rules is when the fun begins Ken Miles, Carol Shelby, Sterling Moss, Richard Petty are all known greats who found ways to go faster and make history being innovative within the rule book! Though it does suck that grassroots racing requires a lot of money to get involved in pushing most people out, and the rules are what dictates that

I was completely against 2-ways as well, and even went so far as to taunt Abe and Adam with jumping straight into 2-way remotes, at which point I was told remotes would not be allowed. Well, the rules changed, and the written rules said nothing about remotes, so now here we are, a year later, with $7000 (retail) MCS 2WR competition dampers on my car. For whatever reason they just can't leave this class alone. Oh, wait, it's us. We're why they can't leave it alone.

Awesome video! One feedback though. To the video editing team - You guys need to work on the contrast levels of your videos. This one looks like the contrast and black levels cranked up all the way to the roof. Those low light areas are literally invisible. Otherwise, spot on clarity as always!!

For the EVO understering you need an unbalanced set-up.. Basically, make the rear stiffer than the front with a bigger swaybar.. The car will be more tail happy making you turn in easier & faster and since you have the AWD system, let it do the rest.

Good stuff.....you did very well with what you were working with......I think you could have gone a bit quicker in the wet with a slightly different approach....maybe you could try gravel mode on the center dif, and switch up the driving to suit...slower and steadier on corner entry,,and driving out of the corners harder...the sideways stuff cost you first place

My guess is that the corvette is pushing oil into the intake in one way or another and that extra "fuel" is throwing off the tune and causing detonation and pulling timing.

After all those laps in mr2. Seeing the rain on the track i was sure you got it. Sadly setup came in and u cant blame physics but look at the hand movement! It is a huge improvement on overall handling the sliding sketchy machine! Mr2 sure was a "racing program technique" :D

1. Have you fiddled with the ACD setting to help with handling? I saw that one of Best Motoring's guest drivers did that in one of their races, he explain how it helped overcome the car's handling in a couple of specific corners of a track. 2. Ben "Mäkinen" Lin.
