Anyone who hasn't has their insides shuffled watching funny cars and top fuel cars in person NEEDS to see a live event one time in your life. 22,000ish horsepower literally vibrates your eyeballs and shakes you to your core. It's one of the most powerful and visceral experiences I've ever had.

My first one was the 4 wide nationals at zmax in Charlotte and when the first set of top fuel cars did their burnouts I thought man they not that extremely loud cause they only use 2 cylinders for burnouts but when all 4 cars launched at once I felt my eyeballs was going to pop out of my head and shook every single bone in my body and made my body feel like I was in the car and we was standing on the staging lane so right behind them cause I had vip passes so I could as close as crew members could to the cars when they at the line and it was nuts and I grew up and still drove asphalt oval track cars and been around and drove some high horsepower race ars but never anything like that in my life it was nuts

As long as your bottom stage light is on, the tree will activate. That’ll give you more time to up your launch rpm. Being further back improves your times slightly as well

I remember the NHRA game I think it was for ps2 but you could completely customize your engine you could change displacement rod size port size on the heads and exhaust turbo or super charger size your could completely customize your engine and components it was so much better than this they should have just remade it I was excited for this game but it sucks balls I'm so disappointed with it the coolest thing about it is the tire wrinkle lol I might just down load and emulator and boot the OG one up

I've been playing this..The algorithm is strange in this game.It does not like when you skip practice races or when you dominate competition. Game will.make you get loose and hit the wall which then usually blows ur engine. Got good at not hitting the wall when this happens.even then when ya make a pass and deploy parachute engine blows🤦‍♂️ Still.a cool game.once ya get passed the bugs.
