It was very helpful when I was learning the game, but now as a more seasoned player when you know the nitty-gritty of the game it's just boring to watch the whole thing. Okay, so decided on a whim to do something like this as I was finishing up achievements for civs I don't really like playing. This strat might work even better as Alexander. Using the warrior monks to pillage and then capture cities gets you a ton of free eurekas and inspirations, and then if you just let them flip back you can rinse and repeat. On top of that since you ignore war weariness, you don't have to worry about amenities in your own cities from constantly being at war with the whole world.

From my experience the hotkey bug is caused by hitting ESC too quickly while multiple cutscene events are triggering such as Wonder competition, trade requests, first meets, etc. Going slower through your turns helps to prevent this but since it's Boes I don't think that's really in the cards.

Would be kinda funny to see some dumb play-bad challenge where you intentionally tried to get a dark age every age, and still win in the end. Looking in to the mechanics a bit, I'm not even certain that it's *possible* to do, the threshold drops so far after 2 back-to-back dark ages. Dunno.
