Sometimes it could be just her time was up. I remember witnessing something similar to this in the hospital. I entered a room to tell the patient good bye as l had finished my shift.The patient asked me to feed him some dessert which was on the table. Just as l picked the spoon to feed him, he looked up took a deep breath and passed on. I tried calling him and he never responded. I was shaken as it was my first day in that ward and l was a student on work placement.😢 I was offered free counselling and 13 years later I love my job.
