However it is not okay to say that the guy who left you because they discovered that you were HIV positive stigmatized or rejected you . I think that is the reaction of any human being. May be insist on using protection and then disclose later and insist they go for a test. if they turn negative and they still want to continue then the low CD4 cell count will be an option if they do not want to use protection otherwise continue with protection.
