A pro tip from a big truck mechanic, after replacing the rear main seal but before you install the clutch, start the truck and let it run for like a half hour to make sure the new rear main seal isn’t gonna leak, saves yourself a real big headache.

Excellent Video Johnathan :) and yes sometimes really pain on paperwork don't give torque specs and would right down so use in future to ! It help someone else to in future too and I know my girlfriend when did her 1992 Ford Ranger truck I help on video and specs to do in her home garage too! Funny part took lots hours and few days when done work at my job and her! In evening! Did clutch, then transmission, plus fork set up and bleed it on Resivor lines like brakes! She did by herself and my video chat guide her in steps! Why not at her house and garage of her because she lives in Alberta and I am Ontario in Canada! She had truck on ramps and block wheels plus jack stands not a hoist ! But in 7 days was done and fixed in 48 hours later totally! Yes wished could be there at place but had take care of my parents at time!

Lol it’s a Cummins I did ever gasket seal on my old truck not even a week it was leaking and weeping really pissed me off took the time to clean and do it properly even torqued to specs
