厨余堆肥好是好，但是元素比例不稳定，很难掌握哪些元素过高，哪些又不足。我在厨余土上种南瓜就遇到这个问题，使劲徒长，不开花，开了又掉花，后来还得追磷钾肥补救，损失一半结果期。
