andersnordhagen, you have made me so happy& thanks you very much for this post. I have seen ICQ live back in the eighties many times and apart from Ivan and his excellent Portugese Percussionist , I have never seen the same band twice , Ivan always had a 5/6 piece band graced with some of the best session musicians around - and I am talking about musicians like Spike Edney(Guitar/Trombone),Andy Hamilton(Saxophone) Brad Laing ( Bass ) to name a few. If you have anymore stuff by ICQ I'm up for it

I think percussionist was called Miguel and was a music teacher at a college in Weybridge. (I could be wrong) I saw them in Staines and they had Mickey Donnelly (Spear of Destiny) on saxophone. I’ve got a copy of ‘flight of the vendohair’ in the loft!
