Childless and not remorseful at all for that decision. They have money, but no desire for children and with no regrets. Either nihilistic, "why would I bring a child into this world?" Or I'd rather live freely and do the things I want, when I want. Sometimes pointing to Hollywood stories or media scares as justification. This isn't the majority, but a larger portion of the population than I imagined. Idk. This is just my personal experience so it's anecdotal.

I've pointed out to my Firs Nation friends that Trudy is bringing in the equivalent of the ENTIRE First Nations population of Canada every 14 months or so through mass immigration. How long before immigrants with zero ties to First Nations history take control of the country and simply vote to take resources from First Nations lands while stopping payment to First Nations people?

Please rethink this one policy. Pushing municipalities to "build build build" without addressing the federal government's immigration policies seems like a recipe for disaster. When I look around my home town Calgary, I can't imagine homes being built any faster or with less thought. Just today, I was shocked when I drove past a condo being built right at the edge of an ugly busy street that is usually where car dealerships, malls, and big-box stores are located. Who thinks this is an appropriate place for people to live? And it's a travesty that single family homes with nice-sized yards are being torn down so that townhomes or condos can be jammed onto a lot. Nice neighbourhoods are being destroyed by this insane rezoning. Imagine you're in a house and your nice neighbours move out and suddenly there's a condo next to you. That doesn't foster any community or neighbourly feeling. The most nuts was this one development I saw being built on obviously some old farmland out in the middle of nowhere. They were trying to make it look like New York brownstones, which was weird. And the roads out there were still a mess. Our property taxes are through the roof, yet the City can't keep up. Yes, a country should be built slowly and properly. That means housing, immigration, everything. Or else it's simply not sustainable. Or just creates an ugly mess.

Yes,after we immigrated to Canada 20 some odd years ago we done Much better than we have before. But again,we came here with 2k$ for the family of four and had to work Super Hard..something we do to this very day. Ib fact I worked while ib high-school as well as right after it. There wasn't even a Question to get the $ to go to college/university. A LOT of people cannot afford the education as well as cannot afford to spend time on it due to family situation. You are Clearly don't understand what TRUE Struggle associated with people Wanting but due their life situation simply CANNOT AFFORD to hey higher education(by Both and issue with having the $ And issue with Have To Work often TWO JOBS just to be able to get by..and don't have the ability to lose several Years not to work). But also,you clearly done know the Data. About 70% all the way to a huge 80% of people thar finished colleges and universities DO NOT Work the job they studied for. Which adds even MORE to this conversation. Also,about 6-8 Years ago people like US absolutely COULD have a Real chance to buy a home. Today.. people thar ALREADY GOT IT - FORCED TO SELL THEM.. because rates have increased Soo Much from what it was when they bought it..thar they simply cannot afford paying it off and quite Literally *FORCED to sell it* to get out of the debt.
