I Called a Friend to Help Move my Base! - Scrap Mechanic Survival Mode #21

Today is some Scrap Mechanic Survival Multiplayer because I've called a friend to help me bring my base to a new location! We're going to pack up the entire Mechanic Station on a truck and haul it to the new spot! It made for some funny moments and of course I'll be getting the Pizza Burgers and Sun Shakes!

If you use a backboard and stack the chests on it before you paint you can remove the backboard and weld tool them instead of carrying to save the paint. I tend to use bars of mesh in an upside down L so they are above hit range but easy to see/move/access, that way i can put them on a truck or in a base super quick while saving the paint

Making a flying carrier so u can move the packs around easier and u dint have to worry about getting stuck on hills and hitting trees

I made an 18 wheeler (controller powered using 20 bearings) with a 5th wheel trailer. I loaded up all of my stuff to haul it to a new base. Even though my tractor is very long and very heavy (made of concrete 3) the trailer was so heavy that the truck was just doing wheelies the whole time. I had to stack 3 full stacks of concrete on the hood of the tractor just to keep the steering wheels on the ground.

You always ask for tips and tricks, well I've been testing a fairly flawless crop defense/component and circuit farmer. It's super simple as is the most and only expensive component is the controller. First place a row of blocks on the ground at the end you prefer put a switch. On the other end put a bearing on the upward face of the last block, then a single block, then a bearing on the top of it, the a block. so the structure should be 4 blocks high. The bottom bar then 3 blocks stacked upward with bearings underneath them. Lastly in all four directions make equal length bars extending enough that even when at 45 degrees it still extends past your crop. The controller will at minimum tested lvl 3 and covered 4 sections of 4x3 crops all around it placed as close to the center as possible. Wire the switch to the controller and the controller to all 3 bearings in the second column of the controller turn all bearings either direction 360 degrees, max the speed and make sure loop is on. hit the switch and anything trying to get your crops takes damage and is flung away with quite humorous fashion with a lvl 5 controller. For added damage and flair add either saws or mining drills, no bearings to the ends of the 4 poles, make sure they are all balanced in weight however. With a lvl 3 controller with 2 poles with saws and 2 mining drills all opposite each other i lost 1 crop after 4 midnight waves, with a lvl 5 controller made the same way i lost 0 crops after 7. the lvl 3 used concrete for the poles, the lvl 5 just used metal 1 blocks. It does have a difficult time stopping but i just take a scrap arm from a haybot and place in the rotor's path and its like an emergency brake. Now for crop attacks i just sit back and watch the show rather than worry and fight. it's pretty hilarious. Oh, while difficult i place the saw blades as far out as possible on the underside face and the mining bits in the same fashion but on the front face of the direction of the spin. My poles were about 20 blocks long in each direction.

So just finished your video where you got your ramps and see you havent used them yet. I was thinking it might be awesome for defences. If the farm bots just walk up the ramps and don't attack you can have them fall into a trap. Saw you had a bunch of drill bits without a purpose. Not sure if it will kill them. But this might be a cool way to defend that is easy, creative and maybe not feel like cheating. That is if it works.
