That is a beautiful place JP, they did a very nice job fixing it up. The underwater footage was amazing, i love how the sun light reflects off the water, giving the underwater a shimmering effect. I laughed when you said " they come here with loud music, even if you don't want to hear it." 🤣🤣 and Hellooooo to shadow JP, always great to see him come along for the explanation. 👍👍👍👍 very nice video JP, thank you for taking me on this great explanation 👍

Great video JP! Such a beautiful park. I hope it is kept looking so nice with the help of the people who enjoy it. There's an old saying in public parks, "Leave only footprints and take only photos." I think that applies here. My favorite is the first waterfall off the bridge. So beautiful. Downstream off the bridge is my second favorite. The hollow that water made over many years. As always, thanks for taking me along on your adventure! ❤ I really do appreciate it!

Absolutely gorgeous area!! And even a Toy! @ 11:21 with the lighter & love beads, I see a little Gnome figure in the upper right corner that I think qualifies as a toy.😃 Love the waterfalls, and really love the views up and downstream from the pedestrian bridge. The sound of all that rushing water is so amazing, like I'm really there. Beautiful arch on that culvert! Stunning photo montage, Jay! Maybe consider doing a calendar? I'd buy it!💙Thanks for bringing us along!!💙PS. - Was that Bigfoot @ 34:42?

I can just see how excited you are that this is open again. It's such a beautiful place and always looks like so much fun! The water looks really clear and refreshing, but just a tad chilly. Oh no, "why did it have to be a snake" lol and that was an awesome leap you took over to the rock and then you had to leap back, you did great! Your poor feet, thank you for braving that, the underwater footage is always amazing. I am not sure what my favorite part is, it's all fantastic! Excellent photos, I just love nature's carpet. Definitely would be awesome to see you return and do some snorkeling there again! Wonderful video JP, thank you! 💙

This is a beautiful park and I enjoyed taking the hike with you. I love how you make your viewers feel so included, as if we're really there. The sounds of the rushing water and the view from the bridge were my favorite parts. Your footage with the underwater camera were so clear! (Hope your feet feel better and so glad you didn't fall in the cold water jumping between rocks. I would think anyone swimming there would have to wear shoes. There were so many rocks!) You have terrific editing skills and I always enjoy your music choices and the photo montages at the end of your videos. Watching JP Videos is the highlight of my week! Thank you. You are appreciated!

Thanks for the update! I was going there quite often, for it was a great place to photograph fungi, and one of the very few spots where I am able to find Violet Cort mushrooms. I became appalled by the damage people have done the the area, when they closed it down for repairs I was hoping they would have closed it for a minimum of 5 years so the land could heal. Hopefully, visitors will wise up and stop the littering and trampling of the flora!

It was recently announced that they will be limiting the amount of visitors based on availability or parking spots.

Wow, it's beautiful and the improvements are awesome. We're waiting.....rofl! Loved the shots of the water running over the rocks. Very peaceful. You really didn't have to brave that freezing cold water but thank you. Water snakes are harmless. You do have to watch for copperheads and probably rattlesnakes there but as long as you stay on the trails and watch where you are stepping you'll be fine. About how far is this from Jim Thorpe? Gonna share this with my son. Him and my grandson would probably love it. Yes! Go back this summer for some summer time fun. Looking forward to it.

Good to see it’s open again, and unfortunately trash issue is just cause people are lazy and wont clean up behind themselves. Beautiful place and takes a lot to get people to clean up behind themselves. It’s main reason why places like this started charging. Thanks for video.

Maybe, add memberships to AT or other trails. PATC and LNT Leave No Trace Club members. Park fees should include memberships from responsible clubs. Inclusive to new members of the public often not informed to Nature Conservacy advocates.

They started charging $10 per car to out of towers at our favorite water spot in Monroe County. It's helped so much with the trash. It's ALWAYS THE PEOPLE FROM OUT OF TOWN. It really was getting out of control.
@markchilson7 ай бұрын
the newly paved road and the road chained off was the old route 115 leading into Wilkes-Barre. Yes is does go past the reservoir. Next time you are there take a walk down. Alot of old bridges to see.
@robertbrown36767 ай бұрын
The area that if people are leaving trash behind the park and making contact with the people in the area and just let him know don't forget you packed it in you need to pack it out and put signs around like they used to do. If there's a boombox issue also have sign saying=respect others.
