Saskatoon is not rural, it’s a whole urban city on its own. The cold here is not bad, it’s manageable. You find job easily here depending you have the experience and ready to do any work for the start and change to your desired career after school. It’s one of the provinces you get your permanent residence easily.

Why do Ghanaians go a different economy and try to come to Ghana and compare. Please take all ur bills out ur salary there and see what is remaining to leave there. We are tired of the this currency comparison
@ikayikay66438 ай бұрын
I'm surprised by this uninformed comparison. Tell us your one month rent in Canada. In UK, you can pay one month rent for 2 or 3 bedroom for over £1,000 which is GHS15,000. In UK, a 3 bedroom house cost between £250,000 and £350,000. Convert it to Ghana cedis, it is over 4 million Ghana Cedis. When Ghanaians travel fresh, they begin with this uninformed comparison but very soon, they will realise they can't even make ends meet until they work 3 or 4 jobs like slaves.
@GiftyDeb8 ай бұрын
I understand you perfectly but even if someone is able to save £400 after bills,every month, I think it's far better. Those who are fresh in abroad mostly do the conversion and comparisons. He will forget it very soon. For me, £1 is 1gh ❤❤❤❤❤
@ikayikay66438 ай бұрын
@@GiftyDeb sure saving £400 a month is far better than working in Ghana. But it comes with huge sacrifices like working several hours, living in uncomfortable house, not having fun etc. You also know most people are unable to save penny. Why? If your wife quits job to take care of the kids, there will be only one source of income. Circumstances are different. 👍 Gifty

Surprised you are all condemning the act of comparing abroad to Ghana. Imagine paying 24 months rent on a salary of about Gh3,000 or even less. Include feeding, transport cost and utilities not to talk of health care. Do you think it's done on a silver platter? Do you think we are doing that by magic?? Affording 3 square meal a day is a struggle yet you are there telling us not to compare??? Pls stop those childish comments. If you think ghana is better than abroad pls come back. And when you come for your vacations don't try to compare Ghana to abroad. Bad roads, corrupt leaders, poor healthcare system, transportation cost, sanitation, etc. Don't compare pls.

Please stop comparing cultures. There is nothing like kids are disrespectful in Canada. They've made their country in such a way that every voice matters. Your context doesn't allow kids to talk, but theirs give a listening ear to every voice. ❤❤❤

@@lawrenciaappiah3699 ask the real Americans how many have been able to own or build their own houses. Lets stop the madness. If is so rosary why do some of the Americans leave and travel to other countries? You are paid according to the lifestyle of a country so if teachers in Ghana are receiving 2k it means that amount of money is enough to live off. Is same applied here.
