looking back at gabie's journey i genuinely think that she's meant to be for something even bigger than what she's currently doing at the moment. not that vlogging or supporting her husband and his work is not good enough, it's just that gabie seems to have so much potential, talent, and unachieved dreams. and that's not to say that she doesn't look content with her current life, there's just something that is unfulfilled yet. i'm happy that she started to do a lot more things she wanted to do even if it's outside of her comfort zone. gabie, whatever you're going to do next, we will keep supporting you along the way~!^^ do everything that makes you happy

It’s hard that she is a vlogger but she is also career oriented as a chef that cooking at home isn’t the only thing that satisfies her. I think there was a point where I thought Gabie shifted on that kind of concept for her channel but seems like she is seeking for more professionally as a chef. I really like that she addressed that in London, she wasn't surrounding herself with peers in her industry. I heavily feel that as my different circle of friends and family, despite being super supportive of my career goals as an inspiring chef, are not those who share the same goals. Being Filipino, I'm surrounded by nurses, doctors, lawyers, accountants-- a lot of STEM, but nothing as creative as being a chef. I feel like I can't always fully gush about food and restaurants to my peers because they don't fully understand it or have a passion in it. My hope for Gabbie, as well as myself, is finding those people who will help innately drive that passion as a chef.

Watching you all these years and I think even if you have happiness you have a lot of sadness. If you find peace in your heart you can find that everything falls into place at some point. It’s like you’re on a late mid life crisis, and please know that it is okay but at the same time you don’t need to be really frustrated about it. It’s the American side of Gabie in a way that she’s really quite independent but I hope you find happiness a lot. I know you are happy but listening to your thoughts we feel you that kind of self satisfaction in what you want to do like is it going to be a cook book or a restaurant or should you make products etc Like what can you build a brand for yourself. I think it’s nice that you shared this and been thinking of what you want for yourself and to this channel. It’s like you are still searching on how to brand yourself or rebrand yourself. That’s a beautiful part because you want to grow. The question now is, what do you really want Gabie? Do you want to work in a restaurant as a chef? Do you want to be a lifestyle and food vlogger? Do you want to be a chef who releases cook books? Or do you want to be a renowned cook? A specialty menu? I don’t know too but whatever you decide, we will be here watching you. Just be brave, not too brave but just be a little bit free :)

There are days when you have a "tiny seed of inclination / plan" to restart something, it usually will one day fall into place for something much bigger for your life. I personally found that happened to me a few times in my life. Thanks for showing how quiet certain parts of Paris is and how clean it is despite there used to be a lot of news portraying otherwise. I haven't been there for more than a decade; but with broken French back then I could still navigate the trains and busses.
